Unterschiedliche Formate von Soziologie bis Kulturanthropologie haben
unterschiedliche Sprachen entwickelt, um Koexistenz zu beschreiben. Das Projekt
ensito ist eine praktische Anwendung dieser Theorien, durch Übersetzung in einen
durchmischten Wohnbau im Zentrum von Rio de Janeiro. Ort. Die perimetral, eine
Autobahnbrücke am historischen Praa XV soll abgerissen werden. Mein Vorschlag
ist die Erhaltung und Neuinterpretation der Brückenstruktur als Wohnbau.
Angenommen, dass soziale Koexistenz im individuellen Maßstab nicht greift und
anonym wird im urbanen Raum so arbeitet das Projekt mit dem begriff des cultural
clusters als spezifisch urbane und soziale Organisationsform der lokalen
Akteure. Die Nachbarschaft wird zur Brücke zwischen Individuum und Gesellschaft
durch: + Reaktivierung des Zentrums durch neue Wohnkonzepte + Zwischenräume als
entgrenzendes Element in Segregationsgebieten + Soziale Sicherheit durch
vermehrte Identifikation in gemeinschaftlichem Nachbarschaftsgefüge.
Different formats from sociology to cultural anthropology have developed
languages in which to understand coexistence. The project ensito proposes a
practical use by translating these theories into a mixed social habitation in
the centre of Rio de Janeiro. At the traditional praca XV, the perimetral
motorbridge is planned to be torn down. I suggest the preservation and
reinterpretation of the structure as habitation. Assuming that social
coexistence cannot occur on an intimate individual scale and becomes anonymous
on the urban field the project works with the term of the cultural cluster which
is a specific urban- and social organisation by the local actors. The community
as mediocre builds a bridge between individual and society in: + reactivating
the centre by reintroducing the outsourced habitation en sito + challenging the
existing segregation by defining interspaces + providing social security trough
communitarian Neighbourhoods.
